Biaxial-oriented Polypropylene Film

BOPP Film (Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene Film) is one of the most important and popular plastic packaging materials in modern times, widely used across the packaging industry for printing, lamination and aluminium metallization.

The BOPP production line consists of casting sheet extrusion, biaxial orientation, after-treatment, rolling, cutting and automatic control, producing BOPP films of various specifications with good mechanical and electrical performance, heat resistance, cold resistance and gas-tightness.

BOPP film is manufactured across a wide thickness range, each suited to a different application:

• 3-12µm — capacitor-grade BOPP film (M-PP/S-PP and RPP/RRPP rough film types)
• 15-52µm — plain BOPP film for printing & lamination (tape-grade 23-28µm, bag-grade 30-45µm)
• 18-37µm — heat sealable BOPP film, single or double side
• 20-22µm — cigarette/tobacco packaging film (plain, half-shrinkage, high-shrinkage)
• 25-40µm — pearlized film; 12-18µm matte film with inner-side matte finish
• Flower wrapping film in mini-roll, sheets and sleeves
• 35-65µm — coated films (acrylic adhesive, EVA, PVDC) for tape and thermal lamination
• 15-75µm — metallized (VM-OPP), laser film and tear tape
