Biaxially Oriented Polystyrene for plastic food containers, PET containers, PP containers. Thickness: 120-500 microns. Width: 340-1500mm. Length: 1000,1500M. Quantity capacity: 750,000 tons. Application: food storage crispers. Processed via thermal vacuum forming, pressing; widely applied for food, dried fruit, aquatic products, frozen food, medicine, health products, handicrafts, textiles, agricultural products and metal-object packaging. High strength, high stiffness, transparency, good display effect; non-toxic, tasteless, hygienic, meeting internationally recognized food-hygiene green product standards. Characteristics: low dust, balanced gloss and haze, good dimensional stability, consistent gauge tolerance. Typical technical data (Transilwrap test/ASTM methods): gauges 105/115/125/150; yield 25,190/23,000/21,160/17,635 in²/lb (ASTM D4321); tensile strength at break MD 11,500 psi, TD 10,500 psi (ASTM D882); elongation at break MD 20%, TD 40% (ASTM D882); elasticity modulus (1% secant) MD 430,000 psi, TD 415,000 psi (ASTM D882); haze 18% (ASTM D1003); gloss (60°) 72% (ASTM D2457). Also available: 'antifog' quality, roll core 3"(76mm) or 5"(152mm), max outer roll diameter 600mm.
